First Fix Digital is an independent UK web design studio. For the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, First Fix Digital is the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, business name, email address or phone number, and the message you send. We may also collect basic analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location) to understand how the site is used.
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to reply to your enquiry and discuss potential work. Analytics data is used only to improve the website. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for automated decision-making.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and complete any work that follows, plus a reasonable period for our records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
